Loving the fragrance in your blood, your bones, your womb creates positive changes for future generations. Counting you, that's one more body-loving woman contributing to an environment of body love.
Recognition is so vital and essential to our well being.
You stated it so beautifully when you said, “We would be empowered to quit the 'expert,' leave the 'confessional,' listen to what is going on inside us, and respond in ways that feel good and right to us. We would take responsibility for ourselves, and honor and trust our wombs.”
You nailed it. This is so true in my experience. I can hardly believe how much being recognized has changed me in the last 6 months. I didn’t even know I needed it, I learned the value of it through the act of receiving it. And WOW!
It has helped me to see myself, accept myself, trust myself, love myself more, believe in myself, champion my self, celebrate myself … it’s the gift which keeps on giving…
Thank you Prajna for this powerful piece. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥. Thank you for recognizing me, thereby ushering me into greater fields within myself from which I can feed the world from.
This is spoken like a true woman who is standing in herself, standing for herself and owning every part of who she is. Yahoo I’m so happy to be on this journey with you. 🌹🧡🌹
Gosh. This made me teary eyed. I am in the “owning it all phase.” It’s not an easy place, but I tell myself, “Lila, look how Life is supporting you with all these amazing women. Let them see you, celebrate you, honor you. They are the LOVE you’ve been waiting for.”
It makes me think of a wonderful verse in the Bible which states, “How can you love God who you can’t see, if you cannot love man who you can see?”
"Michelle gave me a strong dose of medicine I didn’t know I needed—recognition all women, mothers (and parents) yearn for and deserve." ---It is so amazing when we lift each other up! Such wonderful medicine indeed.
I absolutely love this "womb wisdom." I immediately shared it with my mother and grandmother. This honest expression of stories about our connection to our bodies and divine feminine energy deeply moved me.
It makes me so happy when there is a strong resonance with the heart energy that I put into my Substack. Thank you @Ella Newton for sharing with your mother and grandmother—I hope they receive benefit as well.
Wow I'm pondering this what would it be like to treat my body as a house of flowers? Perhaps I'd gently caress the petals, water it when it looks thirsty and simply be with it appreciating its beauty.
Hello Chaya, my body feels more like a flower just reading your words. Yes that sounds like a very good practice. Put into place if you haven’t already thank you for the encouragement and for reading.
Your desire to heal and a way for women to heal is an amazing discovery for those of us who need to see it written in words of perpetuity. You give me that and no doubt many others as well. Thank you for all you give.

Absolutely no Shayne in acknowledging a need for recognition. This is what keeps us from self-destruction as a species. Thank you so much.
You pulled out a good one Lsura. Thank you for your kind words and for reading.
It is amazing Laura. I for one really need it, and I am not ashamed to say so. 💝
My house is a house of flowers.
I have an outside garden packed with flowers.
I have an indoor garden inside under a glass roof, with some flowers.
I have an indoor/outdoor garden in a courtyard outside my house with some flowers.
In my home right now, I have African violets flowering, violets flowers and mini orchid blooming.
In my home right now, I have Bearded Irises and a blood red single rose my husband picked for me.
In my home right now, I have a bunch of fire red native bottle brush that I picked for myself yesterday.
Is my body a house of flowers, though? I don't really know. I do know I would love to see it bloom big.
Wow! Therese this is exquisite, poetry, flowers, everywhere. Anyone who can create such beauty definitely has a body full of flowers.
I can’t wait to see your bloom!
Thank you for reading and for your comment.
